Freight Info

Freight is FREE for all general orders in Australia over $50.00*.
Freight charge for orders below $50.00 is $8.80 including GST Australia wide with no minimum order amount.
*Tyres, gear bags, ramps and other bulky items have an $8.80 inc GST freight charge. Information is provided on each product page if the item has a freight charge.
For overseas customers freight is individually calculated for each order. If you would like a quote please request a quote or submit your order and we will provide a quote for freight before charging your card. Freight is provided by Express Post International.

Peter Stevens Motorcycles uses various freight providers depending on your location but most orders are sent via Australia Post. We send most orders via Registered Post but can send Express post upon request, please contact us if you would like to know shipping times and postage upgrade costs.

We despatch web orders Monday through to Friday and we will make every effort to desptach your order the same day we receive it, or the next business day.

Lost Order?
If you have placed an order on our website you should have received a Tax Invoice via email to the email address you provided. On the Tax Invoice you will find the shipping consignment number listed on the invoice along with the freight providers name.

Please contact the freight providers directly with your consignment number for assistance with tracking your order.

Stock Availability
The stock quantities displayed on this website are the combined stock of several stores. If you see an item on our site and would like to come in store and try it on please call the store first to confirm they have stock in your size. Not all of our stores stock all sizes.

Returns Policy
If you need to return goods to us because you've changed your mind or the size isn't quite right, we will supply you with a Return Post label via email. This Return Post label will be charged to your credit card at the rate of $10.00 from any location Australia wide.
If the value of the goods being resent to you is over $50.00 we will cover the cost of this freight. If the value of the goods is under $50.00 we will charge you $8.80.

If we have sent you the incorect goods we will cover the cost of freight return and re-sending the correct goods to you.

Once you have received the Return Post label from us, print out the label, stick it to the top of the box you are returning to us and drop the box at your nearest Australia Post Office. Aussie Post will look after the rest from there.
